Step 1: You’ll book your 2 Hour Strategy Session via this link (or button below. Be sure to answer the questions asked upon booking your session. Upon booking you will be prompted to a payment page. Payment is required to complete the booking of your session.
Step 2: Within 48 Hours, Syd & Michelle will reach out to you to discuss whether your session will be in person or over the phone as well as what direction you’d like your strategy to go in (planning content for your month, help with access to the hub, account set up or analysis, etc).
Step 3: We STRATEGIZE! Prior to our session, Syd & Michelle will do some back work & research centered around the direction you’d like your session to go in, as to maximize your 2 hours. During the session we take detailed notes FOR you, so that you can focus on the important stuff.
Step 4: After your session, you’ll receive those detailed notes we took, PLUS an actionable plan that you can put into play to keep your inspiration, motivation, and drive UP on what we strategized during your session. Best part? You get some extra support from Syd & Michelle post session too as you tackle that action list.
Step 5: You book your next session or hop into our Social Media Management Hub for even more account optimization and social media mastery.

As our intermediary package plan with an element of DIY that most entrepreneurs are finding fits their workflow best, it’s the perfect balance of guidance from us and the structured ‘do it yourself’ plan. Empowering our entrepreneurs, allowing them to feel accomplished, like they’ve maximized their time, and still maintain presence in their accounts.
With access to our Social Media Management Hub (plus ongoing support from us, a perk of the hub!) comes full detailed analytics, access to posting to up to 25 different social media accounts with NO extra fee, access to all your comments and DMs in one Smart Social Inbox, key word tracking, bulk content scheduling, ability to create link frames, and SO many more amazing features. It’s the life changing resource you’ve been looking for to take your social media planning and executing to the next level.
Step 1: You fill out this form for access to our Social Media Management Hub. You’ll also see an option to select 1 or 2 strategy sessions upon request of the hub access.
Step 2: Within 48 hours after submitting your form, you will receive an invoice from Syd & Michelle. Upon submission of payment, you will receive your log in access email to the Hub!
Step 3: You schedule your Strategy Sessions (if you selected this option). After scheduling, you can ignore the page it redirects you to to pay if you have already completed your invoice from step 2.

Step 1: In the first month of our 6-month minimum required contract for Social Total Takeovers – we do ALL the background items (account audits, analytics analysis, content creation & curation, hashtag research, account growth plan, strategizing, taking any necessary photos, and more), as well as scheduling your initial Strategy Session (you receive 1 complimentary Strategy Session in each month of your total takeover!). We don’t post to the account in the first month, other than items required for optimization of accounts. In your initial Strategy Session, you’ll sit down with us and we will propose our suggested strategy for your account and receive any input you have as to goals, upcoming promotions, preferred account focus, and more.
Step 2: Upon commencement of Syd & Michelle posts to the account, you as the client will be asked to refrain from posting to the main feeds. We know you looooove posting to your account. That’s why we see this step as a social media detox and recommend our clients take control of their personal accounts! For us to be able to maximize the results of your account, we like to be 100% hands on, alleviating the stress of posting to your business accounts – which is why you hired us, right? 😉 You will get access to the Social Media Management Hub so you can approve posts (if you’ve indicated you would like this option) AND we always love content submission from our clients – you’ll be provided with a link to upload content directly to us to add into strategies. *If posting to your accounts doesn’t sound like something you are ok with giving up, please see our Hybrid Hub Package options!*
Step 3: We schedule your next Strategy Session for 10 days prior to your next bill date – we will discuss the previous month’s performance, what worked and what needs some improvement, and also take any feedback you as the client has to give. This is also an awesome time to adjust your add-on services (need some social photos, graphics designed, access to our business coach, a professionally put together commercial, or even additional administrative services? If your business needs it, we have access to it. Let us know.).
Step 4: Wash. Rinse. Repeat.
