I’ve been managing Social Media Accounts since 2016, so you could say I’ve picked up some tips & tricks over the years, as well as what absolutely does NOT work (for myself as well as clients).
When it comes to managing your social media there are a few fundamental things you need to consider that are 1000% specific to YOU. I operate from a foundation of creating sustainable workflows for something as important as visibility & conversion through social media content, & we all know that staying consistent is of utmost importance.
Here’s some things to think of when setting a strategy to Batch Content:
- How will you organize your content or ideas?
- How will you continue to be inspired for content?
- What mode of posting works best for you & your budget?
- What’s the strategy to check what’s working & what isn’t?

Why should you Repurpose your content?
Repurposing your content not only makes YOUR life easier – cuz who wants to always have to come up with FRESH ideas for content, right? Repurposing your content also allows for you to ensure that you are reaching your ideal client in a manner that they prefer to consume your content! I mentioned on the Live an example of if your ideal client is a mom, things happen… moms can’t always make it through reading a microblog to ensure that they get to your heavy-hitting transformational part of your caption… repurpose it. Make sure your message is COMPLETELY getting through!
Repurposing content: review your Insights
Ok, so you’re convinced. You’re ready to make content creation easy & FUN again… let’s get down to business…How do you start repurposing your content? well for the sake of this post we are starting with only Instagram posts that have been in the wild in the algorithm for a bit of time…
From your profile, tap the ‘hamburger menu’ & review your insights. My favorite ones to review are your top posts by saves, reach, shares, comments, website taps, profile visits.
Side note: posts with website taps & profile visits are an indicator of strong CTA & that people may be headed to your profile to BINGE content! Is your content easily bingeable at a glance? A good thing to audit from time to time 😉
While reviewing your insights, make note of any posts that you see holding a top 6 or top 9 spot in more than one category of insights. Then dive deeper into those posts. Reread the caption, engage with your carousel if it was a carousel, make note of the hashtags you used…These are the posts you’ll then create alternative content utilizing the 3Vs method…
3Vs Method to Repurposing content
After running your insights, you’re ready to create additional ‘alternate’ posts, as I call them. But how do you even start creating alternative ideas based on your top-performing pieces of content? 3Vs method has entered the chat… You can learn the full 3Vs method in detail in the No BS Masterclass to creating Wildly Magnetic Content, but here’s a glimpse:
- Each V is associated with a KPI (Key Performance Indicator).
- Each V is generally referencing the type of media associated with a post.
- Each V enables your audience to consume in a manner of their choosing all while getting your message across, crystal clear.
What are the V’s?
In a nutshell, the 3Vs are here to replace your content pillars… for good… to help you create more magnetic, converting content!
- KPI: shares
- example: memes or fake tweets
- KPI: saves
- example: carousel posts, FAQs
- KPI: comments, likes, DMs
- example: how you came to create your strategy, client case studies
When incorporating the 3Vs Method into your content creation & repurposing process, this can help you maximize the posts for a single idea astronomically as well as provide alternative modes for your audience to consume your message. Creating clarity & consistency within your messaging.

Stand out online by being Wildly You
Another thing that the 3Vs gives you an advantage with is that it actively prompts your brain into being creative in modes that are wildly you. Meaning, you get to flex what makes you, YOU, your favorite things, your quirks, your unique perspective in more ways than just one & done.
For example, if you’re a real estate agent & you post a meme of Phil Dunphy “WWPDD?” this can convey that you love modern family as well as offering a little insight into your personal humor all while also creating content that is highly sharable!
We know for certain that the only way to stand out online is to educate people on why YOUR service the way YOU do it is best for THEM. Not that you’re better than anyone else, not that you do it THE BEST WAY (not for lack of confidence, know that), but that YOU are the right fit for THEM.
You get this across by being your untamed & wildest YOU.
