I have been blogging since 2014 and creating intentional social media content since 2016. My experience is packed full of trial and error [read how we intentionally bought followers for Instagram and what havoc that caused on my account here: http://www.sydneydelucchi.com/2019/01/23/how-to-grow-your-instagram/ ] Spoiler alert: DON’T BUY FOLLOWERS!
I’ve trialed and errored my way through tons of strategies for content creation and my Monster + Minion Method is THE BEST for saving time, making your efforts more efficient, and keeping you consistent.

To maximize your content, use my Monster + Minion Method…
Let’s get down to business… [I hope you sang that like Mulan]
1 Piece of MONSTER content subdivided into MINIONS..
Monster content is anything that is of larger format: Blog post, Youtube video, Podcast.
Minion Content is anything social media related of smaller format: Linkedin post, Facebook group discussion, instagram post, instagram reel, facebook post, tiktok video… and so on.

Why you need to structure H2 headers in to your content for SEO
SEO baby! AKA Search Engine Optimization. SEO is kind of like Hashtags on instagram, it’s the magic glitter that helps your content get discovered by the big kahunas… the search engines (google, yahoo, bing, etc)
So what do headers have to do with SEO? Read this excerpt from tmprod.com I found:
“The h1 tag should contain your targeted keywords, ones that closely relate to the page title and are relevant to your content. The h2 tag is a subheading and should contain similar keywords to your h1 tag. Your h3 is then a subheading for your h2 and so on. Think of them as a hierarchy based on importance, the above being more important than the below.
Keep in mind that it’s also very important that your header tags are readable and grammatically correct. Stuffing your h1, h2 and h3 with keywords is not going to help your cause. If anything, Google will recognize this and assume you are trying to manipulate them — that’s a no-no!”
How to create Social Media Content EASY with the Monster + Minion Method
Start with one HUGE idea dump. Take into account upcoming holidays, seasons, promotions, important things in your business and dump all your ideas out. Don’t worry about organizing yet.
Next, lump the ideas by ‘related’.
Then, see how you can create a cohesive piece of content with the lumped brain-dumped items.
This is your MONSTER CONTENT.
After recognizing what your monster content is made up of, get to outlining!
Your organization of your Monster content is SO important for proper minion content creation. For Monster Content you’ll want to have a thorough outline with keywords integrated that your ideal client would be searching.
The more detailed your organization of your Monster Outline, the better for your Minion content creation.
Minion Social Media content based off H2 headers: include instagram carousel posts/swipe posts, reels, IG lives, story ideas, FB group discussion posts, linked in posts, QUOTES, long form captions, lists, fake tweets, memes, social proof, info of your journey, photos of you, etc.
++ Video Content based off Monster content if it isn’t already video. Could be as easy as a REEL!

Repurpose your content: the Holy grail to efficient social media
If you don’t repurpose your content, this is your permission slip to start, sister!
Repurposing your content is a fabulous idea because:
- It makes your life easier, less content to create
- You reiterate your stance within your niche which establishes authority
- As you reshare your content, it creates consistency
- As you create consistency in your content you build know like trust
- Know like trust translates into superfans which translate into sales.
It takes the average consumer anywhere from 7-20 times to act. Repurposing your content allows them to see it again, in a different way so that they can absorb the information, learn that you are the GO TO source for the solution to their problem.
Are you Repurposing and making your life easier or are you DROWNING in content creation? Let me know.
